Paper tracing the history of the Riggs Mill, established on the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River in 1769. Includes information on the construction and ownership of the mill as well as photographs and drawings of the site and the millhouse. Riggs Mill was also known as Adelphia Mills and Logan's Mill. This paper was prepared as part of Roberts' initiation into Phi Mu, an engineering honor society.
